Fire Ratings - Borrowed Lites/Sidelites

What is the maximum assembly size when fire rated 20 or 45 minute?
10'1" in width and 10'1" in height.

What is the maximum glass size when using 1/2" glass stop and wire glass?
24" width or 107" height not to exceed 2568 square inches glass area.

What is the maximum glass size when using 3/4" glass stop and wire glass?
36" width or 54" height not to exceed 1296 square inches glass area.

What is the highest fire rating and what are the special requirements?
The frame can be rated up to 60 minutes, but you must use Firelite glass with GE #2 sealant and install glass stop so that there is a 5/8" wide glazing recess. (Means: you will have a gap between your glass and glass stop) You may use 1/2" or 3/4" glass stop and you must use a setting block.

What is the maximum glass size when using Firelite Glass?
36" width - but not exceeding 36" height - but not exceeding 1296 square inches glass area.

Note: If fire rating is not required, Timely has no restrictions on width, heights or total assembly size.
