Note: When using TA 35 casing it becomes necessary to use TA 8
if the sill butts into a mullion. This is because the casing on the mullion
must also be TA 8.
It is not possible to use TA 35 casing on mullions. TA 8 is used here because
it matches the low side of the TA 35 casing profile.
